The third conference LEARN TO SUCCEED held in Belgrade on April 16-18, 2018

The real estate conference Learn to Succeed had already been affirmed as a Serbian brand for the third year in a row. In April, Real Estate Cluster organized a conference about real estate titled Learn to Succeed.
This conference is international based on the participants, speakers, guests, and topics it covers. It is envisioned as a multi-role model. In the first place, it enables real estate agents and other professionals in this field to monitor work skills applied worldwide, and in this area, in order to provide their clients with the best possible service. Besides this, the intention of the organizing board is to present the Serbian market to the most respectable individual experts from other countries, and to introduce the agents from Serbia to the real estate markets in other states. Finally, another goal is to provide opportunities for the real estate agents, professionals and real estate evaluators to socialize, get better acquainted with one another, exchange experiences, and have fun. The opening of the conference is held at the Serbian assembly accompanied with welcoming speeches and greetings from out top representatives of local, foreign, and international associations, and other significant guests. This year, the participants were greeted by the president of the Ministry of Trade, Tourism, and Telecommunication, Trade Chamber of Serbia, National Association of Realtors from the USA, and Russian Gilda Realtor. It was a great opportunity for the representatives from Serbia to introduce the participants to the activities they had been conducting in order to upgrade their profession and accomplish better negotiating conditions, and better business options for their members and colleagues. First time this year, after the grand opening, there was a gala with dinner in the Dom Garde (Guard House) which is common worldwide. The organization of the gala event was performed at its best, as confirmed by the international guests who had had the opportunity of visiting many similar events in other states.
On the second day of the conference, the participants had the pleasure of listening to the speakers from the United States, Great Britain, United Arab Emirates, and Romania, who spoke about different working methods of real estate agents, marketing in real estate, and achieving success in business, as well as work standards when it comes to estimating real estate value. The third day of the conference was divided into two locations. In the morning, the topics which were covered were domestic regulations such as amendments to the Law on mediating in real estate trade, and validity of Law on the prevention of embezzlement, discussed at the Construction and Investment Expo which has become a business partner this year. The afternoon session was held at Belgrade Waterfront, where international real estate markets were presented – China and the Silk Road, Russia, and Poland. The conference Learn to Succeed is gradually improving each year concerning the number of participants and program it offers, so that it has already become a brand and a most significant event of this type in the Southeast Europe, which has already been included in the NAR calendar of events and other relevant associations worldwide.
