Due to the fact that the owner of „Riznica“ is a member of the National Association of Realtors from the United States, which is present in more than 60 countries in the world, and that he holds contracts with international companies in Serbia and companies from abroad, we are able to help our clients from Serbia and abroad, in the process of buying or selling of the real estate on the international market as well.
This relates mostly to the customers in United States and other countries that would like to buy real estate in Serbia, but also buyers from Serbia that want to buy real estate in the US, Greece and other countries in the world.
It is currently possible for our customers, who want to buy a real estate, to contact our agency „Riznica“ and inform us with their request.
Afterwards we will check with our partners whether we can help with the realization of such a request. In the case of having an opportunity to lead you through the buying process, in your requested land, we would sign a mediation contract, provide a real estate agent who knows the area, and start a search for an appropriate real estate.
We follow up the buying process for our clients until the conclusion of the buying contract.
Besides the US market, „Riznica“ has partners in Greece as well, especially in the area of Kavala, Thasos and the costal part between Kavala and Chalkidiki. Prospective buyers can contact us with their requests, and we can check whether we have the right real estate for you, offered by our partners.
