The buying process is not a bit simple, and it is far from just finding and seeing an online ad.
There is still much to know and do, so the buying of real estate would be done to the customer's satisfaction, and also to the other participants in the sale. The owner of the agency „Riznica“ has been the first to bear the protected designation of ABR, which is presented by the National Association of Realtors from the USA, as a real estate agent, who has acquired a specialization for woking with clients. This is a prerequisite to be able to provide customers with the highest level of service when buying a real estate.
Although it is not a common practice in all cities in Serbia, we recommend the clients to contact us with a request for a real estate, which they want to buy, and to sign a Contract of Mediation for Buyers with „Riznica“, because in this way they would get a professional mediator, who would work in their interest, and feel free to search on the entire real estate market, including the offer of other agencies. In this way, the client gets the best service and meets the prerequisite to make the purchase with least of his engagement and most success. Within our standard customer service, we can do the following:

• listen to you carefully and file your request;
• prepare the offer of real estate from our list and inform you about the details that we have about them;
• organize a viewing of the real estate that you choose from our offer, and inform you about the details in regard to the chosen real estate;
• if among the offered real estate is the one that meets your requirements, we will assist you in negotiating with the seller and achieving the most favorable terms of purchase;
• arrange signing of the precontract and contract of the real estate purchase with the public notary, outpayment of the purchasing price, transfer of the real estate and perform other necessary activities for the realization of the purchase, which are the standard part of our service, and which we specifically agree upon;
• if none of the offered properties meet your request, we will continue to work on finding the right solution for you, until finalizing your request.
