Education for Real Estate agents
„Riznica“ organizes an educational traning for the preparation and taking of a professional exam for the real estate agent, which is held by renowned lecturers.Groups of 5 to 10 students are formed in order to achieve the biggest effects on the education of students, so they can be fully prepared to take the professional exam, which is a prerequisite to be able to work as a real estate agent.
Slaviša Pešić, PhD as the owner of the real estate agency „Riznica“ can offer a proprietary course for managers and real estate agents to the real estate agenices, associations of real estate agencies and groups of participants, where the working system of the largest associtaion of the real estate agencies – National Association of Realtors is presented (the Association has been operating for the past 110 years and it contributes for its members to be successful and profitable.
In addition, Slaviša Pešić, PhD is the one and only authorized lecturer for the courses of the National Association of Realtors in the area of Former Yugoslavia. In this regard, he can offer the following courses to the authorized associations of real estate agencies:
- Course for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative – ABR
- Course for the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)
- Course for the Real Estate Negotiation Expert – RENE
